i3Qube - IHM Process Flow
STUDENT ENROLMENT
Student enrolls in a UGC-approved NAAC A+ degree program of 3 years along with online Japanese language training upto N3 level, Japanese culture training from Japan and Hospitality etiquette by Industry experts. A key highlight of the program is the “Earn While You Learn”. Students work with reputed Hotel chains and receive Monthly stipend/salary just after completing three months of classroom training in our Authorisedcenters. Successfully passed students make career in Japan with monthly salary of ₹1.2 Lac to ₹2.0 Lac.
PLACEMENT IN INDIA
The students will be placed in our partner hotels after 3 months of CRT, during the next 3 years of the program, for OJT and practical exposure, with a stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month along with accommodation and food.
This provides financial support and helps students become industry-ready candidates with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience for placement opportunities in Japan.
